Online Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to be excited about your new online purchase, however, should you need to exchange or return your items please read this page carefully.

We are happy to offer 3 great options for handling all online purchase exchange/refunds;

 

1. In-Store Exchanges

  •  If for any reason you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, we welcome you to visit any of our 44+ retail stores to exchange your product for a different item or a store credit.
  • Please ensure you bring your proof of purchase receipt with you to the store so that a sales professional can assist you.
  • Customers are eligible for an in-store exchange or store credit within 30 days of receiving the item.

2. Online Exchanges (Online purchases ONLY)

For Online Purchases ONLY.  

To be eligible for an online EXCHANGE;

  • The product must have been purchased from our online store.
  • The product(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item(s).
  • The product must be in its original condition without any signs of wear.
  • The product cannot be earrings (this includes necklace/earring sets sold together), body jewellery and hair ornaments.
  • Your credit will be issued to you in the form of a Gift Voucher via email. Gift Vouchers are redeemable online, and may be carried over multiple purchases.
  • The product must be returned by mail to Vivah Jewellery Head Offices at;

3. Cash Refunds (Online purchases ONLY)

For Online Purchases ONLY.  

To be eligible for an online REFUND;

  • The product must have been purchased from our online store.
  • The product(s) must be returned within 5 business days of receiving the item(s).
  • The product must be in its original condition without any signs of wear.
  • The product cannot be earrings (this includes necklace/earring sets sold together), body jewellery and hair ornaments.
  • Your refund will be applied to the same method of payment (on the same credit card) in which you purchased.
  • The product must be returned by mail to Vivah Jewellery Head Offices at; 995 Finch Ave West North York, ON, M3J 2C7

Please note; In store purchases are NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund.  No refunds of any kind are permitted at any Vivah location.

Product Protection

Silver Jewellery should be timeless and something that can be cherished forever. We take pride in providing high quality silver and fashion products that stand the test of time. Should you feel that a product is damaged upon arrival, please get in touch with our customer service team to arrange an immediate exchange.  We are happy to exchange products with manufacturer defects within 30 days of purchase.
